Staff was very friendly, and it was clean. Very basic room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We don't speak Italian but we were able to use electronic translations to convey our needs and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was not busy and we were very pleased with their restaurant, even though we were the only patrons.

Stayed at the hotel primarily because of its parking lot and access to the highway. Quick checkin, simple but clean room, better than average breakfast.

The stay was OK - the staff on the whole very helpful. Unfortunately, the spa facilities that were one of the main reasons we accepted a hotel without a pool, were not available throughout the 2 weeks and it appeared that there was no intention of them ever being available again. When I asked about this and said that the expedia app was still promising a spa, they did not appear to feel there was any need to correct the hotel description and basically said "you have paid in full so you can't get money back". I was not asking for money back anyway but they were unhelpful. Disappointing - not a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location for an overnight stay when arriving from Lamezia airport.

Our dinner and breakfast was very good. Many choices. The rooms were very clean with special touches like toothbrushes and sewing kit. The staff was very sweet. I was very pleased!

Roberto at front desk was awesome. Spoke English and Italian and went out of his way to assist us. We did not have the breakfast there but we must say the dinner at the restaurant on site was excellent and also the service there was excellent.

Clean American-style room with plenty of space. Convenient and easy to get to the airport. Appreciated the on-site restaurant as a dinner option since the hotel isn’t near anything else.

The staff was friendly, however, they lack knowledge and professionalism. I booked 2 Standard Rooms but requested a larger room of which of course I will pay the monetary difference. I was told they didn't have any larger rooms. After a few minutes in the room I looked on hotels.com and saw they had Suites available, I went downstairs and requested a Suite, they then charged me full price for the Suite and didn't even ask What to do with the single room I was abt to empty. At this point I didn't care, I hoped that this ¨Suite¨was were larger and that the AC works better than on the single rooms. Oh, Was I wrong, the room was Hell-Hot, When asked for a ventilator they said they didn't have one and that We must wait 1 hour for the room to cool down. The room never cooled down, We couldn't sleep at all. I'm glad they didn't check the temperature during Check-out, otherwise, they would have to say We had COVID because of the body Temperature thanks to the lack of AC all Night.
