Pleasantly greeted

I had a great stay at Conte Motel. Everything was ideal. Clean quiet comfortable and professional. Great staff. Very nice pool. Ample parking. When in South Naples Conte Motel is a first choice for me.

AC didn't work. Bed had at least a 10" dip in the middle.

Loved the colored lights n friendly people.

I stayed for 3 nights. The room #4 was nice. The first night no issues. The second night I woke up around 3 am scratching from some kind of multiple bug bites all over my body. I thought it was a fluke so I stayed one more night. The same thing happed but worse than the night before. I cancelled my remaining night and went somewhere else. I asked for a refund and they said NO

They advertise a breakfast, but absolutely nothing is put out. It's a complete lie.

Needed accessible room, as requested upon payment. I was told they had no accessible rooms. Also, bugs, poorly flushing toilet, AC did not cool off room to satisfaction, miserable beds, sink unstable, water reservoir cover did not fit top of toilet. Need I say more.

Yes it is full of character but my room was very clean and fyi character is very Florida No cigarette smell inside my room at alll but fyi lots of cigarette smokers on the property

If you are looking for a fancy place to stay this is not an option for you, but it’s a great place to stay for a couple of nights, the room are updated but very clean and quiet, the parking is priceless, the people at the front desk very helpful, especially the younger man that he has been working there just for few months, unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Publix, CVS, and a bunch of restaurants are in walking distance, nicely situated between Naples and Marco island, we had a pleasant experience.

I was late arriving on Friday 25 April, issued room 3 key, walked in and knew straight away, this was the biggest mistake I have ever made booking accommodation, for the following reasons: - initial light switch didn't work - screw drivers locking the windows - unfinished decor and painting - there was an odor - various insect's present dead and alive - Air con unit cover hanging off - Overloaded plug socket - Dirty shower head - As for the beds, I stayed fully clothed and laid on top, whole body felt itchy etc.... The whole place made my skin crawl and felt uncomfortable. At 7.10am I had a discussion with a staff member, who offered another room (No6) so had a quick look but not the improvement I was looking for. The whole experience was awful. Checked out and found somewhere reasonable 10mins up H41. As the basics weren't afforded to me then there should be some sort of refund given.

Horrible

The cold water faucet handle did not work, but used hot water side. Toilet very slow to flush and super low in height. Had to prepay with no refund on Expedia site to reserve. However, I had a quiet and comfortable sleep, so I was satisfied. It was definitely a blast from the past.
