All good

Great location, quiet part of the city but 100mtrs or so from the U Bahn taking you into the heart. Cleanliness exemplary, staff efficient and courteous. Breakfast excellent, loads of choice and pleasant surroundings. Room was perfectly functional though maybe a little small. All round an excellent short break.

Great location - just a short 10 minute walk to the Ku'Damm. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed after our luggage was lost/delayed by the airline. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. I had the best few nights of sleep there. The bathrooms are modern and big, with a walk-in shower in one and a deep tub in the other. The kitchen has everything you need - fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hob & oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Loads of wardrobes and storage space. It really felt like a home away from home. The guys working in the hotel bar were great. We accidentally spilled a full drink and it was no trouble for them to make us a new one and clean up the mess. Honestly, so polite and we all had a laugh about it. Though we never had a chance to use them, we took a peek and the swimming pool and the fitness room were very nice! Very modern with excellent equipment. Also, it is easy to jump on the U-Bahn just across from the hotel. We were going to a concert at the Uber Arena and it was around a 25 minute train ride directly from the hotel. If we return to Berlin, we would happily stay at Sana again. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

all great as I expected. But my room not enough warm in winter. plz check room 719. But Sana alway one of the best hotel for me in Berlin.

Service is really good from arrival to departure, rooms are spotless, lovely atmosphere and a brilliant hotel. And breakfast finished at 12:00 on Sunday!!! Amazing!!

Suite was extremely hot with no ventilation. Could notice turn on the air conditioning as well as they had turned it off for the winter. Had to keep the window slightly open. Bathroom had weird smell that would not go even with exhaust on.

Great hotel and perfect for a family city break to Berlin. Family room meant interconnecting rooms which was appreciated by parents and teenagers! Pool and sauna were great - small but great for a bit of relaxation and gym also good. Had a brilliant time in Berlin - hotel close to U-Bahn making it easy to navigate the city! Would recommend!

Bar staff was very courteous. Service was not so great. Ammenities are limited, but rooms are clean.
