Good room and breakfast. Room could use some fresh paint.

Great location, good beds, friendly staff

Wonderful greeting as we checked in after a very long day of travel.

Hotel claimed I paid the wrong rate through Hotel.com. Took a while to get it figured out. Then I was charged twice for my pet deposit and a $50 charge that was not listed on my receipt.

Clean and good service

I really appreciated the staff. They knew my name and greeted me when I came in. There was a lot of maintenance going on, which is good. I was traveling with my dog. She was welcomed and greeted. There were places to walk her. The location was perfect for my needs. I will stay there again. Can't say enough about the staff, BEST of the BEST!!! Thanks so much

I booked two rooms and the clerk only allowed us to check in to one room. Do Not charge me for two rooms or I will dispute it on my CcC.

We had to change rooms. The first room we were assigned had a very bad odor. It smelled like a decomposing body! Literally smelled like someone died in there. They even had those glade plug-in things in the room. They were able to get us another room but the entire property seemed ill-managed and dirty. Trash and dog poop on the grounds outside. Not many choices for hotel in Liberal. I would not want to stay there again.

We've stayed here several times while visiting family, but this hotel is no longer worth staying at. It took over ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in. The couple in front of us even called the front desk, hoping that would bring someone out to help, but it did not. We booked two rooms. Both had comfy beds and pillows, but there was absolutely no hot water in either shower. The breakfast was terrible quality, even for a hotel. Very noisy, as well. We probably won't be staying here again.

We didn't dislike anything! The breakfast was good and the coffee good. Room was spotless.

Really nice room, they do need to repair the wall paper in the bathroom as it is peeling off right beside the toilet.

Good room

The hotel is okay. It feels like a cash grab for just existing. The incidental deposit is 50 dollars. The pet fee is 75 dollars!! THERE IS NO FREE WIFI IN 2024!! You can only get "FREE WIFI" if you join the Hilton Honors program. The staff are lovely. 100 percent professional. The hotel is clean. The rooms are tiny. The issue I have is the price gauging. Comfort Inn has a 15 dollar pet fee. No incidental holds. We will be staying there next time.

There was missing tiles in the bathroom, the shower was difficult to adjust water temperature and there were water spots on the ceiling of the room. The room was clean and comfortable, just needs an update.

Check in was very easy, staff was nice. Facility was clean, just looking a little aged.

Not at this time

We were in town on short notice for a family funeral. The staff went out of their way to accommodate and support our family. Melissa and Jaden were excellent and checked with the family multiple times to offer their support and assistance.

Our stay was good, the young lady st check in was very good, friendly and helpful!
