The hotel location is very good because it is in the old quarter area and very close to the Hoan Kiem River. Staff are very welcome and friendly, Cara is one of them, she always takes care of our breakfast every morning. But we did have a problem with our room door when we first checked in, but the rest are great. Recommended to stay here.😍

Hotel berada di lokasi strategis, dekat sekali dengan Hoan Kiem Lake, staf hotel sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Kita sangat menyukai keramahan di hotel ini. Sangat merekomendasikannya.

The food is not diverse, but the rooms are excellent.

The hotel is located nearby lots of good restaurants and bars. Walking distance from everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed at room with balcony, very nice to just chill yourself with a glass of wine.... If you arrive in the hotel during weekend please be mindful that all the streets nearby are blocked due to weekend market, so please prepared yourself to walk a bit before reaching out to the hotel

Rooms are moderate, clean, and comfortable. Great location, because it's only 1 minute walk from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc (Highland), but it's quiet. Staff are enthusiastic, however not too knowledgeable about tourist destinations.
