Se me hizo muy comodo y de facil acceso, ademas muy bien comunicado con las rutas locales de autobus.

Fine for a night, well situated

This hotel is well located, in one of the main strips in the town of Niort, and walking distance to the main squares and sights. This hotel is very basic, no frills, but suitable for a stopping through stay. The only issue I had was that we were checking in on a. Sunday. Check in on the site said it wasn't until 3pm. We arrived at about 4.30pm to find that on a Sunday the office doesn't reopen until 7.30pm. We had a fair bit of waiting to do but it was fine. Good value for the money.

Stayed here for 1 night, on my way south. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My room was in an annex next to the main block. The room met basic needs only. 1 plastic chair, a ledge as a table, no carpet, but the bed was comfortable! The bathroom was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate. So overall a basic but adequate overnight stay!

Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant, self service in hotel reception area. Rooms were compact with small en suite bathroom but all clean and well presented. Hotel rated as 2 star, I would agree with 2/3 star. My only issue was that the bed was very hard. Overall happy for the price that we paid.

We stopped off here for one night only. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was split by a thin screen. Walls were paper thin too. However, the staff the room was modern and clean and for the price we paid - you can't complain.

Hôte d'accueil très accueillant. Hôtel très bien situé et facile d'accès. Dommage, chauffage de salle de bain en panne et matelas pas très en forme.

Un peu loin du centre ville pour diner. Un bon petit déjeuner. Chambre petite. Salle de bain a revoir, car avec baignoire et rideau de douche

Très propre, lit tres confortable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour le choix.

Idéalement bien placé sur une avenue où boulevard pour une nuit; très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris une chambre avec un grand lit confortable et de plus le parking est gratuit. Je recommande.

Personnels sympathiques ,lit très confortable.État général très correct. Bémol :Pas de Clim + WC broyeur très brouillant.

Chambre très loin des photos publiées sur le site. Moquette sale au sol / murs sales et troués / salle de bain minuscule avec douche séparée par un rideau plastique / séparation chambre salle de bain avec un rideau plastique / le WC est un sanibroyeur qui fait un bruit hallucinant dont profite tout l'étage / Chaleur excessive dans la chambre / Petit-déjeuner bas de gamme. Seul point positif : parking à disposition

L'hôtel est très bien placé car il est proche du centre ville. Mais la chambre que nous avions était petite et une salle d'eau vraiment très vieille. Dommage.

Installations vieillissantes mais bien entretenu, très bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix. Et la personne à l'accueil très aimable

Bel hôtel propre et agréable

Séjour agréable le personnel est accueillant et sympathique les chambres sont correct sauf salle de bain a besoin d'un rafraîchissement... L'hôtel est proche du centre ville donc pratique
