This "hotel" was dirty and not as described. Spider webs all over and the kitchen tools was not clean (see the pictures). The duvet cover had yellow stains on it. Worst experience I´ve ever had at a hotel, and can´t believe this is supposed to be a 4 star. They couldn´t give me an extra towel for my hands, had to pay extra. And no handsoap or anything. Got one toilet paper for the whole stay. You also need to clean after your stay, take the garbage, the towels, fin the bed and so on, if not you also have to pay 80 euros. Great location! But im never coming back to this hotel

The location was the biggest highlight of the stay. Its important to remind yourself that it is more an apartment than a hotel, cleaning must be done before you leave which includes taking rubbish and stripping the beds which in my opinion was very strange. The apartment is as clean as the family before you left it I think… if we strip the beds and clean what else are the cleaning crew going to do. There are also no towel cleaning services and I think its £5 for a new towel. You must have a credit card and put down 200 when you arrive, which is not something everyone necessarily has. In general staff were very attentive and kind, easy to communicate with.

We had a very nice stay at the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location- excellent! In the heart of the city, still quiet at night. As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance.

We stayed here for 6-7 nights. The location is great, nearby major private beaches and great hotels/ restaurants/ shops. If you are coming with a bigger car, you may have a hard time parking it in their garage, but you can definitely look around and park it somewhere else if you prefer that way. Our room was really quiet, air conditioned, clean and we were resting well. The only “problem” in our room were the entrance doors - they were opening really hard as they required some maintenance, but we didn’t mind it too much. All in all, a pretty fair value for money.

The worst stay ever! it's not an hotel. no room service no amenities. you have to clean your room during ur stay & the most terrible part you have to broom your room, remove the bed sheets & garbage before check out otherwise you will be fined.

Alan and Diane were so helpful during our stay. The apartment was clean with a hob, dishwasher and fridge. We were provided a welcome pack with useful items ie dishwasher tab, washing up liquid etc and a roll of toilet paper. The towels can be swapped for new ones if you are staying over 4 days. The pool was lovely but a bit chilly. Make use of the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Great location behind the Carlton Hotel with views of the sea and lovely garden

I had such a lovely stay. The location is prime, the hotel is nice clean and quiet and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice.

Great property, close to beach

We had a relaxing 4 night stay in an apartment which unfortunately we didn’t feel it was fully cleaned. As others have said also ………, to stay four nights in a 4star ⭐️hotel to NOT be given clean towels at least every other day is incomprehensible to me. We usually visit Spain / Spanish Isles and even in a three star the towels are changed everyday or every other day. Here not ! We had to use the same towels every day for 4 days which were hand over kitchen chairs - disgusting ! No heated towel rails provided ! No towel rail provided just a plastic clothes horse on a wet / damp balcony. Before visiting Cannes - we stayed in Nice in a three star hotel for 2 nights and our towels were all changed after the first night. I think this hotel is missing something here. There are NO pool towels ! Why ? In a 4star ⭐️ serviced -apartment they don’t provide pool towels for guests! Not perfect! We have to CLEAN our appartment before checking out yet when checking in - it didn’t feel 100 💯 percent clean - there is thick black Mould growing around the bedroom window (photos to prove) which has been there I’m assuming since the previous Autumn / Winter maybe due to no one staying in the property and airing the bedroom? I kept the window open mostly to air the Apartment as there is not a fan in the shower. We had a nice time with our three kids because Cannes is fun and this apartment is in a great location, we had a good time - apartment served our family well, but not perfect

We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. This year I found some reception staff less than helpful. The pool was full of sand, murky and did not appear to have been cleaned.

Communication was poor and rude at times. We had a car and were told repeatedly by multiple staff we had to find parking and check in before we could use the hotel parking. Finally spoke to someone else who just opened the car park for us to let us park and then check in. The hotel (or "residence") also has a printed list of rules for the cleaning of the room and removal of the laundry you have to do or you'll be charged. Any additional towels, soaps etc are also charged. Feels like the RyanAir equivalent of a hotel.

Second time we have stayed here and excellent both stays. Staff are very helpful and polite.Room was a good size and sofa bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place as it is 150yds from the sea front.

Great stay at the Resideal Premium Cannes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was basic but perfect for what we required. The sofa bed is actually quite comfortable! The location is perfect, in the centre of Cannes so you can explore. The rooms are a little outdated so maybe some TLC is required but we would not hesitate staying here again.

The accomodation should’ve made it very clear that it’s NOT a hotel but a residence with DIY cleaning after check-up. The apartment looked disappointing and unlike anything in the pictures. The key card reader didn’t work on a few occasions and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Everything extra like more fresh towels or bed linen cost extra and at exorbitant rates. The shower head was dirty and mouldy. I discovered a stain on the bedsheet on my first night. Room cleaning should’ve been complimentary, as is the convention for any tourist accomodation. My favourite time in Cannes was after I checked out of the residence. Ironic that they choose to operate as a “hotel” with check in and check out times when it suits them, but impose these ridiculous policies on residents in the manner of cutting costs. The only thing redeeming was probably the reception staff, who were professional at all times.

Terrible dark room. You get only one towel for 7 days, with zero sunlight during the week it’s not possible to get your towel dry. You need to clean the room yourself and bring sheets to the washing yourself. Very disappointed!

Great apartments with perfect location close to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful

Property was in a great location near the seafront and not far from centre of Cannes and all the bars/restaurants. The whole apartment complex is in great condition and the spa and pool facilities were great - we always got a sunbed so no real need to go to the beach if you prefer. There was also plenty of shade at the pool. The room was good although quite stark, but absolutely fine for our needs (3 of us). The aircon worked perfectly! It’s an aparthotel so you do you own cleaning and stripping beds at end of stay, but this was all straightforward and the systems work well. The staff were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. Very minor criticism would be that the bar is limited and you have to ask at reception for drinks but that may have been due to the time we were there (early September). However, the drinks we did have were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended at a great price.
