Not impressed by this hotel. The temperature in the room was low and it feelt cold even if I had set the thermostat to the highest setting. The water at the shower was also low. I used only hot water setting and it wasn't warm enough. The breakfast food was fine l.

I’m a regular guest at Courtyard Paris Arcueil, and my recent stay on October 16th once again reminded me why this hotel feels like my second home. During check-in, I was warmly assisted by Mr. Tanjim, who greeted me with a genuine smile and said, “Welcome back, sir — welcome to your second home.” He had already arranged my favorite room with a terrace, which truly made me feel recognized and appreciated as a returning guest. On top of that, I was delighted to receive complimentary breakfast and bonus points for my stay — such a thoughtful gesture. The next morning, before I left Paris for another city, Mr. Tanjim kindly reminded me about a package that had arrived for me (which I had completely forgotten about!). His attention to detail and warm professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for the outstanding hospitality provided. Thank you, Courtyard Paris Arcueil — you truly made my day! I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Paris.

I stayed at the Marriott Paris Arcueil in early November, and Ophelia at the front desk made our visit exceptional. She was incredibly kind, let us check in early since our room was ready, and even offered to hold our bags. Her warm and helpful service truly made our stay so much better. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel four nights, our room very dark and quiet, all of the staff was great and very helpful especially Fabian at the front desk. We ate at the restaurant three nights and every meal was good quality, our server who also services the bar was very professional. Thank you for a great stay, enjoyed the breakfast.

I’ve been there last year and this year, I have to say this year’s experience is the worst. I forgot my electric toothbrush where and called them within 18hrs but they have all the different reasons asking me call again and again, although they promised they’ll provide some information when you called next time, I have to explain every time why I called (come on, you asked me to call and you ask my why?!) and after 4 call, still got no news (found it or lost it) and I have to show up in person to request them searching for it. And when I request the invoice receipt after back to US, they say it will be sent within 1hr but I didn’t receive anything after one wk. also, I was paying for higher floor and asking for quiet, they only give me the 2nd floor and it was noisy the next morning which I have to call reception to check which they helped eventually. Just to leave comments here telling everyone my feeling and disappointment on their receptionist’s skill in solving problem and communication.
