Lovely stay, close to the lake. A really comprehensive breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and very close to the centre of Bardolino and very friendly staff.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Pool was lovely (though chilly!). Beds really comfortable and rooms had everything needed. All staff were friendly and approachable. Communal areas comfortable (and gave much needed space to sit together as a family group during a prolonged thunder storm). Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There is some noise from a nearby hotel that plays music until late which meant having to sleep with the balcony door shut. Otherwise, the location is fabulous - an easy walk to the lake and to the shops and restaurants in town. I miss it already.

The building and grounds are lovely however the pool area is very small with a very limited number of beds. We found out on check in the beds had to be booked for the pool but majority had been booked the night before by other guests so only shade beds available which was not ideal for what we wanted. It was also very hard to move around the pool area as it is so tight and small. We arrived before the advertised check in time and the receptionist was quite abrupt not a friendly welcome almost an inconvenience to her. Overall the whole check in experience was negative, no warm welcome or any explanation of the hotel and as above only informed of the bed situation when asked if it was possible to use the pool before our room was ready. Overall an ok experience, the room was nice enough but outdated and the location was perfect but due to the receptionist and pool situation I wouldn’t stay again if we returned.

Lovely quiet location in Bardolino & only 5 min walk into the town. Hotel was a small Italian run, friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . Would definitely recommend to people thinking of staying in Bardolino . Thank you for an enjoyable stay & to all the hard working staff.

Very nice and clean and friendly staff

The hotel is beautiful and looks very pretty just a short walk from the lake to amazing views. Very well located and great facilities. Rooms were a good size; we had an executive suite which I was worried about based on previous rooms saying small, but I felt they were a good size with really good size shower room. Very clean. Car parking extremely convenient and secure, and very well priced. Was lovely to see many visitors with their dogs which was great to know for possible future stays. The spa facilities are also a great feature.

Beautiful Hotel, great location lovely balance between traditional and modern.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough about the three young ladies at the front desk! We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some day.

Room was great with the balcony staff were helpful and friendly food was good

The location was perfect, walking distance to town. The included breakfasts were very good, especially the fresh cornettos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was small and hard to park car when full.

AC in our room was not working properly. When brought up to staff, they did try to fix it but overall we were not comfortable at night. The AC unit in room did not circulate the air, but the staff was friendly and pool was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was great and facilities were excellent. Definitely will recommend to everyone
