Room was great with the balcony staff were helpful and friendly food was good

The location was perfect, walking distance to town. The included breakfasts were very good, especially the fresh cornettos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was small and hard to park car when full.

AC in our room was not working properly. When brought up to staff, they did try to fix it but overall we were not comfortable at night. The AC unit in room did not circulate the air, but the staff was friendly and pool was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was great and facilities were excellent. Definitely will recommend to everyone

Was staying hear for our hoonymoon. Was very disappointed. Lovely hotel but stay and service's were a let down. Not accomodating towards hotel services, you had to book in advance for sunbeds, or just hope one was free after 5pm when the sun goes down. You we charged extra for spa useg even though it's a spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the use of the spa. When we booked the spa the lady nerv showed up and let us down. We couldn't do what we wanted or booked to do for our hoonymoon. Hotel clean and breakfast lovely but was very let down in other areas.

Certainly not a 4 property. Small room even superior which we had rented. Pool and terraces are not nice, definitely would not stay again.

This was a lovely hotel to stay. Unfortunately, the weather conditions were very rainy so couldn’t make much use of the pool. The hotel has a lovely pool and jacuzzi but the direction the hotel faces means the sunlight is blocked for a lot of the day. The hotel was really well placed. Only a 5 minute walk to the ferry or bus, and two minutes to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice as were the cocktails served in the bar. Would highly recommend based on location and service.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. It is in a good location close to the town but not on the main street. It was easy to get to and had parking.

The hotel is located in the city centre, has wonderful rooms, excellent breakfast and service

Perfect size hotel very well located tucked away from any noise and people traffic but just 10 min away from town (walking). Run by very attentive young staff who are clearly proud of their job and will be happy to make you feel welcome. Best breakfast I have had in as many hotels in Italy. The pool is just right for nice refreshing afternoon.

This is a beautiful classically updated Italian style hotel in a fantastic location. Two minutes walking distance to the historic centre of Bardolino, the Borgo and lake of Garda. Easy access to and from main streets for exploring the nearby villages and sights. Front desk was very helpful and breakfast along with excellent service, was on the top floor with beautiful views of the lake. A dip in the on-site pool also great after a long day. Highly recommended.
