I booked the hotel for April 17–21 and informed the staff in advance that we would be checking in on April 18 at 8AM, as our flight was arriving early morning. However, upon arrival on April 18, we were told that both rooms were not ready and that we would not be able to check in until noon.
Because of this, we were unable to access any of the hotel's amenities prior to check-in. In addition, the hotel’s app for booking food reservations was not functional until later that evening, which prevented us from securing dinner reservations until our last night.
We raised these issues with multiple staff members (Manuel, Enrique, and another front desk lady) but unfortunately, no resolution was provided. I was told that the only option would be to cancel the entire booking and find another hotel, which was not a viable solution at that point in our trip.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
