We enjoyed that it was really pet friendly. There were so many extras and the price was really nice. It was also really walkable everywhere. We stayed one night passing through.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. Facilities provided make the stay so enjoyable such as the laundry and game room.

Pictures showed no carpet and there was!! Bathroom had hair in sink and bathtub.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing. They were able to accomodate an early check in due to being rained out at the hill. The amenities are plenty. Would highly recommend.

Convenient to the ice arena. For pet friendly rooms, make sure you bring a pet bed and pet dishes as the hotel doesn’t seem to provide anymore.

Makes for a perfect home base in the Fernie area. Close to everything , and the hotel has everything we need - Pool,Hot Tub,Sauna, even a great games room and mini movie theatre. Rooms were clean, Service was top-notch. Would definitely recommend

This hotel made us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed our trip to Fernie and how they went above and beyond in hospitality. We will be back again!

Given a Key to room that was not able to open door, bathtub/shower had hair from last guest?

This is our second time here - we visit Fernie 2-3 times a year. Central location, nice staff, some upgrades in the rooms since the last time - new flooring, better coffee makers. Basic breakfast but it was all I needed. Unfortunately the restaurant has been closed since COVID- staffing and other issues. It would be nice if they were able to open even for a basic breakfast seating

This place smelled of stale cigarettes from the moment we stepped inside the front doors. The smell down the corridor barely improved as we reached our room. The bathroom had not obviously been cleaned as there was a lot of hair present on the floor and in the corners. Upon a close inspection, the toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. If we’d want to use the fridge, nearly all of the shelves had been removed. The door did not automatically lock which we thankfully had checked before we left. Breakfast in the morning consisted of fruit, yoghurts and muffins from Tim Hortons…maybe from the day before? If we had been set to stay more than one night, I’m not sure that we would have.

couldn't open my door with the key...had to go back to the receptionist and she gave me a different key. Once going into the room, checked for cleanliness and found long black hair on numerous pillows and on the bedsheets. The windows were difficult to see out of due to not being washed outside. By then that was enough for me and I checked out!!

We arrived 2.30pm and the front desk allowed us to check in Early. Very clean spacious room.
