It's always my wife and kids' go-to place for escape plans in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious, the Indonesian food at the restaurant is good, and the location is strategically located in the heart of Surabaya, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, and I'd return to this hotel if I want to staycation with the kids in Surabaya again.

An old hotel, ok with maintenance and staff are friendly but breakfast need attention. Location is great. Overall value for money during normal season. But when the price os adjusted during high season, then it become overpriced.
