If you are looking for snow, you should come to Pyeongchang. The facility is good, our view from the room is the skiing mountain, so wonderful, and when I'm here, it's snowing. Good experience for my daughter! Can't wait to come back here again!

Don't expect much from here. There will be no bell boy or someone to help you with your luggage. The receptionist also not friendly and some of the staffs can't speak english. With the premium price, I expect more from the service. Looks like their plus point is only the location
