There is little parking for customers. The entrance is cramped. The corridor in front of the room had a very strong smell. The cleaning staff wasn't sure what the smell was. But inside the room is very good. If there is a chance to return to receive new service.

Nice spacious rooms at good location, nice rooftop-pool and gym, you can also use sauna and jacuzzi.

The room is not very clean. Everything is very old. Not impressed at all The accommodation is in a very deep alley.

Good spacious hotel in a very special location with back-exit to Sukhumvit Soi 4 (Nana). Rooms are good, have washing-machines and dryer, good shower and bathtube and good beds. Only the housekeeping is annoying as they scream on the floor or having loud cellphone-notifications which wakes up everyone when they start their works. They should be more careful!

Unlike the photo I ordered there was a balcony but when I arrived at the hotel there was no balcony where it was very quiet to the 1 km main road.

Not satisfy as the mattress was not well clean. They are not happy to serve us

Many things are not okay for a 4.5-star hotel. First the Laminate is destroyed by water in many rooms. Second the waterheater in bathroom works not good. Cold and hot are changing always. And in our first room (but we could change the room) were some bed bugs inside. I get 2 bites at left and right leg. There are Termites too in the floor and if you find a hair at the fruit during breakfast it is not nice too. The Bedsheet in our But the staff is very, very friendly room was too small too. There are some little points more, but it is enough now. But the staff is very, very friendly. And the food at breakfast is good too. The rooms are big and I got a very late check-out without paying at 9:00 pm, because my first room was so bad.

Great accommodation! There is everything in the room. Quite clean but not that much. Thin wall, noise leaked through next door all the time, and noisy cooler though. 24-hrs service tuk-tuk is available, so convenient. But I strongly recommend to improve staff's manner and attitude. Some staff can be improved how to speak nicely with great gesture to all customers, even they insulted foreigners by talking Thai badly about them, thinking that they couldn't understand anyway but the professionals should have kept that in mind. Some of foreign guests are capable of Thai language. Another thing is how to manage breakfast is needed improvement as well.

The hotel is clean. Happy staff. There are tuk tuks coming near BTS.
