Fine hotel very well located near shore. Great value

Convenient location, kind staff, easy parking, and good breakfast. But shower and toilet are very old.

Wonderful friendly service, nice location across from the beach. Nice view from the balconies, and walking distance to the shuttle to Monemvasia.

While this hotel is a little dated the rooms are large and the hotel has a solid feel to it with character. It’s located very close to the beach.

We always stay at Pramataris when visiting Monemvasia, since 2010, located across from the Rock and a rocky beach, great location, amazing views, kind hosts, goood breakfast and good deal!

As soon as i saw the rock of Monemvasia i felt like i was in heaven. The hotel is right on the beach and the sounds of the waves at night is the most calmning feeling in the planet. There breakfast was great and the locatiin to the city and the roxk is perfect. 10= 0

The hotel is old and in need of a renovation but we had a good sized room with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the rock. Reasonably clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.

It was very quiet and I had an end room with a balcony overlooking the island. Friendly staff with nice buffet breakfast. Good cheap restaurants close by. Much easier than dragging bags to the hotels in the old town.

We only stayed one night but would recommend this place without hesitation. Easy to find, friendly ladies, very clean, in front of the beach, nice breakfast buffet. Half hour walk to Old Town which should not be missed!

Apartment in a building very close to the sea, with a beautiful view over the rock of Monemvasia, close to the center and to a few restaurants in the area. Easy parking just aside the building.

Really good hotel. The owners were friendly, the breakfast really good, the room clean and the hotel was next to the beach. Great view of the Monemvasia rock from our balcony. Totally recommended.

Very disappointed with lack of wifi in room and in reception area, and with response from staff when I addressed this issue

When we arrived at Pramataris, we were met with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. We were shown to our room with a wonderful view of Monemvasia. The room was very comfortable and spacey, sufficiently large bathroom, plenty of hot water, though the furnishings were a bit dated. Breakfast was excellent; a small variety of cereals, different types of breads, meat, cheese, coffee, excellent orange juice, yogurt. The location was very good, on the water as you come into town from the north, and two blocks from the center of town. Would certainly stay here again.
