I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. It was an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel felt like a sanctuary! Such a comfortable bed and very good soundproofing. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Free tea and coffee in the stunning lobby was a lovely touch and all staff were so friendly and helpful.

So the Wroclaw hotel was lovely. However, when booking through *Your Website* the webpage refreshed and fed us Puro in Gdansk. Pressed confirm, then almost immediately recognized the error. Called Expedia Customer Service and got a Huge run-around, concluding with “sorry, you agreed to our terms. The charge is non-refundable.” Complete garbage. Immediately disputed with our credit card company and yes, they are customer-forward. Forever more, we will tell people what crooks Expedia is.
