Power outage last day, no a/c or charging devices, no use of tv, staff didn’t seem to care, no offer of discount, storm was out of their control but when you don’t get what you’re paying for a discount should be applied.

Everything was clean and well maintained . Beds were comfortable.

Beds are horribly uncomfortable. Couch in suite very uncomfortable. Air vents horribly dirty. Loud. Asked them to email my receipt when checking out - failed to do so.

Nice mobility room, one bedroom was large & spacious.

We had a long day of driving and we were very happy to see a restaurant and bar on site. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Dinner was fantastic. Amanda was very friendly. We enjoyed talking with her. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were with a group of people, and this hotel has many areas - especially outside - for sitting and relaxing with others. It is also close to the Springfield Nature Center, which has wonderful trials for hiking.

It was just fine. Everything was very clean and check-in/out staff were efficient. There was a lot of noise and running on the floor above us though.

Great property on the South end of town with wick access to the main arteries going all directions around Springfield and surrounding area!!

Stay was bet pleasant. My only complaint is the pool temp was cold for us Florida babies.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining options were above and beyond what we had expected. Absolutely fantastic.
