Clean room. Staff was great.

Friendly reception staff, spoke good English. Clean rooms, good access to restaurants and buses, although the local area could be cleaned up and painted.

Overall, service was outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful in every respect.

Staff was very nice. Room was perfect for me. They offered to change my room quickly once, but I told them thanks but no thanks. About 5 minute to a more street. About a 7 minute walk to a place called “The Temple Club”. If you have time definitely go there! Different tickets for live performances and so many restaurants to choose from too. It’s lively and people dress nice too. This hotel is on the famous street called guitar street. I would go back to this hotel.

The property was nice the staff members very polite and helpful walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast needs more improvement more verity and they need give free water they charge you for water

The hotel is about 5-10 mins to the Theatre district and other major attractions. The hotel itself is clean & modern inside, staff were very good, progressional & friendly. I’d definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very convenient hotel, perfectly located in the downtown area! Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Particularly the outside space on the roof with a jacuzzi and sunbathing beds. So when we arrived, it turned out the outside area was closed for maintenance. Totally spoiled the stay for us. However location is good and was very good value.

We planned to stay only 2 nights but added 4 more because the hotel and room were perfect for us and the hotel staff do kind and professional. The room was clean, well furnished and a very convenient layout. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The food in the dining room and room service was delicious and a good variety. The decor is great, especially the use of living plant walls and refreshing green plants in many places.

Super helpful front desk and spacious room that is very clean. Beautiful green courtyard in lower rooftop. Quiet but near many interesting sites. Has gym, bar, good breakfast. All staff very nice and professional

Sufficient for short stay, location is central. We have been able to walk to many places. Good breakfast, small Jacuzzi on the roof top.

Me gustó en general todo, pero no me resultó muy cómodo el comedor y tampoco me pareció que había muchas variantes, incluso la tostadora no incita a ser usada por el tiempo extremo que tarda en hacerlas. Pero me encantó la atención y predisposición de los chicos de la recepción y todo el alojamiento en general y en especial el dormitorio que es muy cómodo, muy lindo a la vista y muy completo

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona bastante fea, la primera impresion cuando llegas es que no es un buen hotel. La situacion cambia cuando ingresas al mismo, es lindo y comodo. Lo unico que realmente quiero destacar es el ruido, me aloje en el hotel durante 7 noches y durante las 7 noches se oian ruidos por las noches. Tacones, muebles moviendose y el ascensor, horrible para una persona que desea descansar.
