beautiful boutique hotel with great service

Lovely hotel and great restaurant, in a village that is quite picturesque.

A beautiful property located in an excellent location. Room was really spacious and comfortable! The hotel restaurant was really good with delicious food options.

Hotel and area was nice, but the standard of housekeeping left a bit to be desired. The room hadn't been properly cleaned (evidence of dust on surfaces), and despite the booking being for 3 people we had to chase several times to get enough towels, glasses, mugs coffee etc as the room had only been stocked for 2.

Loved the pool, location and cleanliness of the hotel!

This will be our fourth time staying here at this hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Love the location and peacefulness of this hotel with a beautiful view of the river and the castle from our balcony.

Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning location. The restaurant is great and there is a little spa too (be sure to book in advance).

Another wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Clisson. Always a treat to admire the views of the medieval castle and river. Beautiful sight of the lit castle at night from the hotel patio. Great and relaxing pool area at the hotel. The food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients, very tasty, and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a great massage at the spa and time in the spa jaccuzi area after the massage! Cannot wait to go back...

charming little town, beautiful view of the castle and the river from the hotel and from its big terrace. Food is also quite good and innovative. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is always my favorite place to stay when visiting the region!

Hotel stands on a river with a lovely view of the castle opposite. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. There is a small pool which could get a little busy at times, but was welcome in the sunshine! We had our first meal in the hotel which was very good, helpful suggestions from the wine waiter too! We took breakfast outside the hotel at a patisserie and bar, which was only a short walk away. The only downside for us was that there was no fridge in the room. We queried this and were told that they had decided not to have a fridge running in every room as they had earned "green key" status (eco-friendly). The towels were only changed in left on the floor, not as in some others, every day! Having had this explained, it made sense! Might be an idea for the hotel to explain this in the rooms. Wi-Fi was good All in all, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the town itself and found lots to see and do in the area. Felt extremely safe with all the covid precautions too.

Wonderful hotel with gorgeous terrace viewing the old castle. Great spa at the hotel. it is on a small road so it is also quiet. Food at the restau is excellent and staff very courteous. Great little town to visit close to Nantes and the airport. Loved the pool. Upgrade to the priviledge room if you can, it is not much more and the room is bigger with a nicer view. Will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful town and lovely hotel with terrace and wonderful views. The reception staff was excellent but the waiting staff were slow and disorganized (still mainly polite). Rooms were great and this hotel is trying hard to be as sustainable as possible. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a picture perfect little town, very friendly staff and beautiful, comfortable room. Only reason I didn’t give full marks is because the restaurant is very pricey so we didn’t eat there. Will probably stay there again.

nice clean hotel in a great location. nice bar overlooking the river and with a view of the castle. amazing value for money. only gripe is that the manager refused to let me store my bike in the hotel. the carpark had a secure gate, someone would have need to be determined to steal the bike but would not have been impossible

Hotel very clean, very confortable, perfect bed. Beautiful view. Few remarks : - temperature inside put on 23 degrees (too hot). So when your check in is very late is difficult to sleep - Breakfast at 14,5€ per person & room service at 11€ per person, for a couple 51€ for breakfast in room (very very expensive for a simple basic breakfeast) - Shower screen not well placed so when you take a shower (alone) the entiere bathroom is flooded. Not very ingenious

This was the coolest Hotel we stayed in our entire trip. Make sure to get the upstairs rooms. The small town across the river is incredible. I wish we could have stayed longer.
