The hotel staff was thoughtful and kind. I thought the hotel was very simple, but the location is wonderful.

Basic rooms in a beautiful beach front location with really helpful staff!!

No AC. The shower is small. A roach greeted us on main floor. The lock was very unsafe.

The staff is the worst I've experience from ANY hotel. Very rude and did not want to work at all. It's like they're forced to do their job.

Great location and worth a visit for the sea view alone. Slight down sides, no fridge in room and didn't have air-conditioning, so while I would stay again, I'd likely avoid the peak summer months.

Perfect place for people who wants to Ibiza beaches that place is close to the sea bus that would take you to order islands it’s a great place for our solar travellers or families but I don’t recommend for people who wants to experience luxurious stays

I spected much more for the room that was without air conditioner and without elevator and very poor in decoration, good sheets, good towels and all the staff very kind and prestative .they have other hotel next door that is quit good and where they give a wonderful breakfast and you can use a very good gym,

The hotel is located right in front of the beach. We paid for a sea view room and were not dissapointed. The view from our balcony was just beautiful. The rooms are basic but a good size woth plenty of storage and a great shower.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice at breakfast my only criticism would be, that the cooked breakfast (bacon, eggs beans etc) although very tasty was always cold. Apart from that one small detail everything else was perfect. We will be back again next year.

Hotel room bathroom absolutely reeked of urine from the moment we got there, couldn’t stomach even using it for the one day we were there.staff was fine. If this isn’t your experience I’d give it a 2/5. Location is great, no AC whatsoever, and no basic amenities in hotel room

One of our favourite resorts and this is such a traditional hotel in a fantastic location. Basic but gives you all you need. No aircon so something to consider in highly season

Place was a little dumpier than I expected. Rooms are simple and fine. Nothing beats the location - it’s perfect!

Excellent location

Excellent service and every facility for a good stay. The breakfast, paid for separately, was perfect and there was a huge variety in the buffet. The location is marvellous and the sea view is beyond words. The girls at reception were always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel.

Well, for the location and staff it gets 5 stars. Now, the hotel itself, thats another story. Place is old, smells like smoke, rooms are very very small. You have to live out of your suitecase. No fridge unles you pay extra . The worst part is,NO AIR-CONDITION. Imagine hot Ibiza sumer days, and you get back to your room were is more hot than outside. They give you a floor fan wich does nothing... So, if you are on the budget and want to say that you went to Ibiza, than this is your place, but for few more dollrs to spend, look for another place around. .

Nice location and staff was nice. However the facility is really not grade (boiling temperature in the room even if outside was cooler, we got a second floor room with no elevator, the room was really not nice). Pictures are not representative. It seemed however reasonably clean. Lot of noise outside, however the location is very convenient, close to a lovely area, airport and harbour.

No air con in the room. Ants on the floor of room. Fridge is not included. The pool and gym is not part of the hotel. The location to the beach is nice.

Nice place if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful ibiza holiday i recomend this. location is excellent. Has a sister hotel wih pool free to use. Or beqch infront of hotel very nice and mostly locals.. staff friendly and we got by with no air con very easily wich was surprising...
