We stayed there for only one night waiting for our flight the next day. the hotel is near the bus terminal, it is clean, food at the restaurant was good and while it is not close to the main tourist areas, it served its purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not have a shuttle to the airport but will arrange a safe taxi to pick you up.

The hotel is across the street from the bus station. The hotel room is quite small but again we just needed a bed to sleep in for the night. The hotel was convenient and it met our purpose.

Me gusto que hay un malecon cerca para ir a caminar con tu mascota. Tambien me gusto que los que te atienden lo hacen de una forma muy amable y respetuosamente.

Area is ok but next to a lot of food but I will say the beds are not comfortable as you would expect.

This was a nice be reasonably priced option to stay around the corner from the bus station. It's also very easy to get to the centre from there. I took one bus. And they hold onto your luggage for you so you can enjoy the city if you are leaving late in the day. Restaurant was nice too. Wifi worked.

The hotel is nice, the accomodations are comfortable. However the staff at the front desk were Not very helpful, not to mention both times i had a question, they were attending their cell phone, before attending me that i was in front of them. The attendant at the parking lot was more polite, than the people at the front desk.

Arrived from Mexico City and although I am staying in Veracruz with friends for awhile , I wanted to stay at a hotel the first night. Saw this hotel when I was looking online and remembered it was right behind the bus station. Check in was easy and pleasant. The woman at the desk was very nice. The room is very simple but for the price just what I needed.Decent bed, good shower, very good wifi and I got to watch an NFL game Sunday night in the room.The location is great. There is an Aurrera supermarket 5 minutes or less walking and a few 24 hour places across the street, Oxxo and Guadalajara Pharmacy which offer various items. Lots of good street food down the side street of the bus station and some pretty good restauarants.There is a school next door and you will hear kids playing in the morning but there are worse sounds to be woken up to. I fell back asleep so not too bad.Very convenient hotel and price is right of you are in transit next day at bus station.
