This hotel is perfect if you want to stay in the city and walk everywhere. Check in was easy checkout was easy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! There is parking pool and rooftop terrace with delicious drinks and food/ plus cute area for pictures

El hotel está muy limpio, el personal de recepción se que reciben instrucciones y es su trabajo pero muy poco flexibles en por ser ayudar a solucionar la falta de habitaciones por no estar listas siendo que yo tenía acceso más temprano a la habitación fue casi casi imposible, el hotel está súper bien ubicado

It was clean, staff was friendly, and we were able to leave our bags locked away after check out so we could explore the city before leaving.

Rooms are clean, staff are kind and attentive - its a very basic hotel - small rooms, not super bright or attractive but the location and the cost is incredible!

The staff was so courteous and room was clean.

The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. Having 4 pillows is perfect. Only suggestion is that you provide wash cloths for the shower. And did the leaky sink in room 103. Everything else was great. The ladies at the front desk were customer service oriented and friendly. The decor of the hotel is amazing.

Lovely, comfortable rooms and facilities with loads of charm.

Check was well, but when we got to the room, the TV did not work the Internet they have service and finally the front desk informed us that there was no water at the hotel. We stayed there for about two or three hours and left worst experience ever and I’m trying to see if I can get a refund for the hotel.

Every thing was perfect

Only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we needed! Rooms were clean, great location to walk around and explore the heart of Oaxaca. Parking garage within the Hotel was very convenient and safe. The only downfall was the noise level we could hear within the halls in our room. Other than that it was great!

Super nice staff

We had a wonderful stay, service is outstanding and staff goes above and beyond to support guests. Room had AC which was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was on the low side but we could live with that. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay! Excellent service and food

The location of the hotel is very good, although it has many details that make it expensive for what it offers, such as the very hard beds, the rooms smell bad, you can hear everything from the other rooms and some of the employees are very rude

It was very nice and the personal was very friendly.

Great location, walkable to all the main attraction. There is a 24/7 convenience store around the corner. Staff is helpful they scheduled taxi to take us to airport early in the morning. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower do get really wet.

La habitación muy pequeña, la regadera salía el agua para todos lados, tapados los poros de la regadera y lo peor fue el internet. Muy muy malo, nunca funcionó, los canales de la TV funcionan con el internet, pues nunca pude ver nada, ya que se trababa horrible. También me salió un chimen en mi habitación. Lo bueno del hotel es que tiene muy buena presión el agua y excelente ubicación. Pero si no vale lo que cuesta definitivamente. Solucionen el tema del internet. El personal de diez, muy atento y servicial
