Excellent central venue with lovely staff

Great hotel. Plentiful breakfast, very friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent location. Truly a great stay, especially for the very reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The facility was very centralized in the city.

I cannot speak highly enough of my recent stay. A beautiful hotel, conveniently placed close to the city centre. But most of all a huge thankyou to the staff who went above and beyond. In particular I would like to thank Mark on reception for his understanding and incredible gesture. I hope to see you all again soon!

The hotel is very nice, location is just a few steps from the train station. Breakfast wasn’t good.

A movie was being filmed so the streets were blocked. I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get a taxi to pick us up at the hotel. However the staff checked the filming time and arranged for a taxi just when we needed it

Friendly and efficient welcome. Good location - close to Central Station but at the quieter end of the street! Comfortable well-appointed room and a varied/good breakfast - something to suit everyone.

The best home from home experience I have ever had in a hotel. A six night stay made extra special by the excellent and personal service from Duty Manager Ivana, Check-in Clerk Erin and Restaurant Manager Mary. These 3 people were exemplary in every way. The rooms are well appointed, modern and luxurious. Less than 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central station right in the city centre. Perfect location for foodies, shoppers and anyone else wanting to explore. The hotel food was tasty and absolutely well priced. The options were superb!

Hotel Indigo is set in a great location with a good history to the building as it once was an 1800's power station. Easy walk to the City Centre, minutes from Glasgow Central and the shopping on Buchanan Street. The staff at the hotel became family within day one of my 6 night stay. They made everything special and I will not forget the experience. The room was comfy, well decorated and felt very luxurious. Nice space when you are away from home for so long. ARRAN toiletries so no need to bring Shower gels and body creams all very tasteful and geared for comfort. Standard kettle with teas & coffee but the nice touch is the mini fridge with Tunnocks Caramel Bars & tins of Cano Water daily. Scared of how many calories this trip has caused. The staff - do not get me started. They are 5* and more.

Good hotel

A very nice, well appointed hotel. The room was exactly as advertised, and I felt like it was good value. The breakfast was great too. The only thing that let it down slightly was the in-hotel restaurant. The portions were massive and the puddings were all great, but it felt a bit low quality compared to the rest of the hotel. But, there's plenty of choice in restaurant and takeaway nearby, and the staff were great for recommendations so I wouldn't let that put you off. Speaking of which, the staff were outstanding. Everyone I dealt with from cleaners to reception to bar and restaurant was helpful, patient and kind.

Very central to city centre and sauchiehall st. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Would thoroughly recommend and will be back in the future

Good property to stay near market!

We really liked the staff,but ,the hotel has stayed the same decor for years ,the standard is decent but not high, the food was standard,just as in any other hotel.

Good city centre hotel. Excellent suite.

Only disappointment was had booked for stay with relative and had chosen this hotel because we were getting two double beds for a reasonable price. We got two single beds. However reception staff were very helpful and although they had no alternative accommodation we got two complimentary drinks

The hotel was situated walking distance of the heart of the city centre. The room itself was beautifully lit and the bathroom (which is a big deal) was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff were very welcoming, big shout out to kate who was so polite and made us feel very comfortable with her bubbly personality. Would stay here again

The rooms are artistcally decorated. Shower facility is exceptional. Lots of comfort. I did not know that fresh coffee could be brewed for breakfast. Unfortunate.
