Overall it's a comfortable hotel, with nice size rooms. I recommend getting a room in the back, away from virrey park, for more quiet.

During my stay, the hotel was understaffed, particularly at breakfast. Nevertheless, the staff was very attentive and eager to assist.

this hotel is not accurately advertised and does not reflect photos posted. the lighting is teribl, windows literally falling off exterior walls with big cracks to the outside..cabinet doors falling off their hinges.

The room itself was great. If you plan for a long trip there is a kitchenette. The breakfast was fantastic, the bed nice, not soft! The balcony is a nice touch. Shower /bathroom nice. One problem was a flickering light in bathroom at times and the tv didn't work. Great WiFi so the latter didn't matter.

Short stay with family on our way to Cartegena. Good location, nice rooms and excellent service.

Good location opposite park but the kitchen was not well equipped , there is no heating or cooling at all and the restaurant was a big sell at checkin but failed to be open for dinner for my whole stay due to chef issues and not being open Monday or Tuesday in general. Food i had for lunch was average. Staff speak little English so it’s difficult to communicate and the front door is constantly locked making you feel very uncomfortable when returning to be locked out and needing to knock to be let in but they dont acknowledge immediately. Rubbish in the street nearby. For the price I would not stay here again!

The facilities location was excellent; it provides the big city feel with lots of shopping, restaurants and an atmosphere of tranquility with the green space across the street. All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the property.

Wasn’t my favourite hotel. Photos don’t match in person. The room they sent us too was either still being used or never cleaned. So I got a different room or had to wait a few hrs for it to be cleaned- it was already late at night. New room… had a smell and was not cleaned very well. Shower had quite a bit of mold. But the water pressure was very good. Beggars can’t be choosers I guess. Breakfast was large and good. Lots of options, eggs made fresh. Staff was friendly

It was very convenient for shopping and dinning. It was very clean and everyone treated me with the greatest hospitality. I love it and will visit again in the near future.
