Best Stay in HK by far. From super friendly staff, to amazing location to paying attention to the tiniest details has made it a perfect spot for spending our NYE vacation at this hotel. Clear view of the harbor made us enjoy the fireworks show at the comfort of our suite with magical views. Minibar is rich and free to use, free guides to let you know which local food you need to try and of course breakfast at the amazing "Above and Beyond" Michelin Star Restaurant with amazing view. Thank you for making my NYE special, we will be back again soon.

The best stay in Hongkong i've ever had. The room was spacious and clean, the amenities so good. Wifi has fast connection and you can see the view from the window. Best hospitality.

If you're looking for luxury but affordable, this might be the best value. They provide complimentary shuttle bus, powerbank & Android phone with local sim card! Location is not at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui but you still get the view of the harbour. Close to the train station but route that covers the harbour area of Kowloon. If you want to explore Jordan & ease of going to Hong Kong with MTR, not the best option. Our room was clean & the experience was excellent.

The hotel is beyond expectation for the facilities provided. Sy stay 2mm in the type of club suite room. Room on the 18th floor, with a view overlooking the harbor. Room size is very large for 80m2 hotels in Hong Kong. There is a large living room, 2 toilets and a jumbo size bath tub. The hotel facilities are amazing, for the type of club room they provide a lot of previllege. Free snacks, dessert and drinks from afternoon to mlm, free flow coctail, wine, champagne from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Above and Beyond sky lounge, free laundry, free snacks, juice etc. and spa discs. The b'fast is really good too. In addition, the hotel provides a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the city of Harbor. Overall experience staying at the Icon is amazing, very happy and definitely will stay there again.

I pay hkd 650 for 2 kids (3 years and 6 years) breakfast for 2 days. I think no need to charge them for breakfast because they didn't eat much.

Fast check in and check out, all mini bar is free. complimentary shuttle bus to penisula hotel 1st stop and sun arcade 2nd stop near harbour city mall. they give cellular phone, can use as router wifi. Staff very helpful. My family loves this hotel
