Kind of OK for an easyjet package holiday, but a long way from 4 star. Rooms were comfortable and clean but quite dated with dingy bathrooms, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours' conversations quite clearly. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely, but the breakfast was generally bad.
Reception staff were pretty disengaged and unhelpful, they seemed shocked when we asked for a plug so that we could have a bath (!) and the younger woman in particular was very aloof and unfriendly - she seemed to think it was a privilege for us to be staying there.
You get what you pay for, I suppose, and it's reasonable value for money all things considered, but I wouldn't hurry back.
