The manager called Jenny is very nice and helpful. Overall staff are nice. I can smell smoking smell in my room in the morning, may be someone is smoking in room. I can hear people's sound when they pass near my room too.

Leah from reception very helpful with her local knowledge during our brief stay. My wife appreciated her advice tremendously. Great staff all around. Down side was to see the bar in the ground level closed as I had many memories there over the years.

It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years.

Nothing to be concerned about. A good hotel. It's not close the the airport. Overall, a nice place with good service.

They have charged separately at Hotel and mentioned, Expedia charges is only for guarantee the room. This wasn’t clear during booking the room at Expedia

Every stay at Sheraton Qingdao Chengyang hotel felt great as the staff made every guest feel as ease and are extremely welcoming. Would like to also commend, Bryan, who went out of his way to assist in making my stay more comfortable. Overall, a more than satisfied stay

Somewhat outdated rooms and hotel generally. Only makes sense if an good deal is offered.

Spacious room & bathroom. Not the greatest of views - outlooks onto shabby tired buildings & streets

-area is ok for finding small restaurants -wifi is very very slow -had a big box left at concierge, need to take it outside of the main lobby door for easier loading to waiting car, lady told me to get the trolley and place box on trolley myself, i didnt mind her and waited for some male staff to help me take it outside -had to leave early on date of checkout (630am) advised front desk if possible to have my breakfast delivered to my room at 530am, a lady who seems to be in management (not front desk staff) took note and advised a male staff to prepare the simple breakfast for me, woke up at 5am, waiting for the breakfast till 545, called front desk to remind them they said yes, waited till almost 630am and still no breakfast delivered! left hotel afterwards with no breakfast!

The front desk staff were very helpful. Hope this hotel would offer free breakfast buffet in the future. Also, more frequent airport shuffle should be provided given that it is less than 2 miles away from the Liuting airport.

great hotel, and check in and check out was simple and fast and easy ,and Jenny was friendly and accommodating and went above and behind to make sure we where happy and come back again for sure .

20 mins drive to airport. Surrounding has many eating place, supermarket and basic requirements ie spa, hair Solon.

Staffers are very friendly and amenity was excellent.

They speak english,,clean nice personnel, quick service but could have improvement on breakfast lear how to mot over cook eggs

The hotel is very well maintained and I found the room was spotless. The service at check-in was excellent they were very helpful and spoke English very well. The restaurant staff at breakfast were equally as good. Overall the service and cleanliness of the hotel were impeccable. I have stayed at this hotel many times and found this level of service and cleanliness every time. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and only costs around ¥12 - ¥14 to get there by taxi. There are many different restaurants close by which are cheap, however, some are not clean and I would avoid eating salads or having any drinks with ice. The hotel was close to the Business area and is not located near the tourist areas

Incredible service. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Wonderful room, tasty breakfast with great choices. Every moment there was bliss and joy.
