Mark resolved a small issue straight away, bar was open 6 to 10 most nights, parking in the street. Permits were available from the grafton Monday to friday, parking free on weekends

Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay.

The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable . The settee was comfortable. The television overheated so we turned it off. Parked on road opposite the hotel. Noisy guests in room above.

Lovely hotel and great place to stay for a day/ night out in Harrogate

This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well.

Its really lovelely and welcoming. Mark and Monica work hard to keep it its superb standards of cleanliness everyday. Very cosy lounge area with the bar and fireplace.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. I probably would not come here again mainly because they do not serve breakfast. Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use. The window could not shut fully and let a draft in. The room has blackout curtains but the hall light shone through under the door. The toilet flush button is broken and would often keep flushing. Overall this place is what it is and its a bed to stay in for a short period. One or two things is not that bad but alot of small things are just a bit irritating especially when there were so many good reviews previously. I would have fed this back on leaving, however there was no one at checkout and a note left saying to leave the keys on the counter.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Clean, cozy and thw bed is so comfortable. Definitely will be back here on my next trip to Harrogate.

The room was clean tidy and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfy. It was really quiet. The temperature was easily modified. The shower and toilet was spacious and clean. It was easy to get in and out.

I highly recommend the Grafton. Friendly welcome, I had a meeting in the town the next morning an they gave me a car parking pass so I don’t not need to move my car. Room had everything I needed, spacious and very comfortable.

Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was really comfortable tho pillows were a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference and I didn't ask for a change. We managed to park outside hotel on the street, so no issues there. Only a five minute walk into town centre. Great location, geat hotel. Thank you 😊
