Nice oasis, relaxing , nice surrounding. The place could use a bit of TLC ( tender loving care). The diner was good the breakfast very disappointing.

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast could be better.

Very courteous staff. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options. Our room heated up nicely, which was appreciated on a cold night.

The dining options were the same every single day: chicken or fish. Breakfast buffet only had a few items. Some days eggs were only available as hardboiled. But in comparison to what’s available in the rest of Tataouine this was the best option in hotels.

Very friendly staff, made all efforts to make our short stay enjoyable. But Hotel needs serious attention from owners. very basic breakfast, poor wifi reception in rooms.

Very pleasant hotel just outside of Tataouine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breafast is OK. We had 2 evening meals at the hotel and both were very nice. Overall very good value.

No water at all in the room on checkin and then after 2 hours only cold water. Was forced to have a cold shower nearly naked outside by the swimming pool. Advertised WiFi was basically non existent in the room and the restaurant and hotel lobby. Dinner food quality was very poor and mostly cold. Also the restaurant was inundated with very hungry and annoying cats with very sharp claws digging into my clothes and even groin while they kept trying to climb onto my lap to get food. Although restaurant staff kept chasing the cats out they kept managing to keep entering the restaurant. Staff was generally nice but management is clearly to blame. Hotel grounds were reasonably well kept and nice gardens. We were happy to depart in the morning.

Every thing was in french so we didn't understand but other than that was lovely

The hotel is out of Tataouine town. It is relatively a good hotel in the desert area. The staffs are nice, food is good in local standard. Wifi signal is a little weak in room but speed is good if you move to lobby.

Alles war in Ordnung, das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich denke, es ist ziemlich abgelegen und nicht so geeignet für Solo-Reisende ohne eigenes Fahrzeug.

Bella struttura anche se, come spesso capita in Tunisia, un po' trascurata. La piscina era indicata come attiva ma in realtà era inutilizzabile per acqua stagnante. Una nota di merito a disponibilità e cortesia del personale, in particolare alla reception

Hôtel très moyen, avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. La chambre n’est clairement pas à la hauteur du standing attendu pour un hôtel. Expérience globalement décevante.

The best hotel in Tatouine

Malgré un très joli cadre et beaucoup de potentiel, l'expérience est plus que médiocre. Alors que nous étions les seuls clients, le service était inexistant. Pas de table mise pour le petit déjeuner, d'ailleurs quasiment inexistant a part du pain rassis. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres et personnel peu avenant dans l'ensemble. Nous n'avons pas pris le risque de dîner dans l'hôtel... Chambre propre mais vieillissante. Rapport qualité prix très faible.

Hotel bien placé pour visiter tataouine. Personnel tres serviable et attentionné. Mais l hotel demanderai un serieux rafraîchissement pour etre a la hauteur de ses etoiles.
