Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.

Great place if in the area and looking for good accommodations

The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurb. The bathroom drains were clean but poor. The bedroom furniture needed replacement. The air conditioning did not cool the room so we had to keep the window open all the time. The outside bar was not available nor the pool. Photos of the hotel carefully omit the giant metal building next door which ruins the view of the Rock

A/C no funcionaba correctamente cuando llegamos, nos cambiaron de habitación pero era lo mismo. A media noche, hubo un corte de luz y se fue por completo el a/c hasta el día siguiente por la tarde, lo que hacía que la habitación sea un INFIERNO de lo caliente que estaba. El desayuno muy pobre y con mala atención. Nos ibamos a quedar 2 noches y nos fuimos después de la primera. En términos de estética, parecía un hotel de aeropuerto de lo poco decorado y ambiente frio que tenía. Tampoco funcionaba el minibar de la habitación.

C'est un hôtel qui mérite juste un deux étoiles, une chambre pour trois personnes les lits étaient condensés trop serrés, il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes pour nous il fallait aller demander à la réception, le petit déjeuner était mesquin. Je ne le recommanderai pas

Rooms was incredibly quiet, even the aircon could hardly be heard. Nice staff, goo breakfast. Only downside the furniture and the way the room was laid out. A rickety unstable apology for a desk cluttered with wine glasses and a coffee machine with supplies made it difficult to work with a laptop and notes. So called desk badly placed in the room thereby restricting access to the bed, and the cupboard - there was ample place in the room to locate the desk elsewhere. Desk chair was very basic, and was the only chair in the room - lucky that I was travelling alone. Pity that they cut corners like this.

The hotel and facilities are nice but the service was unsatisfactory. The service at the restaurant was terrible. The hotel WiFi was awful and unusable for most basic tasks. The rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of parking is available for free. Overall it´s not a very good value for money. Will not stay here again when in the area.
