The location, the hotel and the room was excellent. Everything was all very clean and the our room cleaned well everyday. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service in the restaurant was not so good. I felt the staff didn't look around enough to see what was happening and when they were quieter, they weren't clearing tables. 12% service charge seems excessive when the service was below par. For both meals we had, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as we were unable to get the attention of a member of staff. We would definitely recommend the Mill for a show and meal. We literally turned up that day and amazingly they had some tickets.

Great accommodation, clean, friendly receptionist and groundsman but some event staff let the side down.

Outstanding location for a quiet stay. Very good food and service. If you want to stay the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Super bathroom with walkin shower. Excellent parking facilities.

Perfect location within walking distance of the Mill Theatre. Nice decor. Lovely food.

What a beautiful spot! The hotel is lovely and I was particularly pleased with my upgrade to a river view room! I would highly recommend this to everyone!

The hotel reception were very friendly. Our room was very large and had everything we could need. And the surrounding area is beautiful

Have stayed several times before and couldn’t fault. However, we were unable to sleep on this occasion due to constant noise that seemed to be coming from every direction. Would not recommend room no 4. Also, we are skipping the shower as didn’t pack a shower cap as thought one would be provided 😞

Second time I have stayed here it’s a lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel We stayed in ‘biggy, riverside view room. Lovely room with fabulous bathroom. Really nice toiletries. Ate dinner in restaurant, lots of choice and good value. Very friendly staff All in all an excellent stay. We would stay again

So good actually going back again this week for no other reason than we love the hotel.

Nice location on the river. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Bar/restaurant was nice to visit for an evening drink and breakfast.
