The staff and the resort were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and the view of the beach was spectacular.

Property has many sarue animals(Gamba-de-orelha-preta) running in the garden through the night. Those animals transmit diseases through the urine. It was very scared. Never more.

The place is okay front desk people need to be more friendly. The waiters from dinner they never come to the table ask if you need anything. The best waiter was Danilo from the morning to lunch he was very helpful every time I give 5 star.

The property needs renovation.The rooms needs to be painted and some updates.The hotel service is wonderful and I had great time during my stay at the Arraial Bangalô hotel.

Fraudulent pictures, not even close to what was advertised. The front desk was somewhat lost with our reservation and finally took us to our room. It was half the size advertised on pictures. They were expecting our call already because they immediately replied that this is our bungalow as advertised. We were welcome to cancel and upgrade if we want a change, but their reservation is non refundable and was prepaid!!! There was rat poop on the balcony everywhere and on the balcony table. The view we had was looking at a old roof top and a rundown backyard with smell of fried fish and chicken all day. The kitchen for the facility was located right under our room. Terrible experience!!!! We asked for an afternoon coffee and the waitress could not provide us milk for the coffee because according to her kitchen wouldn’t allow to serve anything that was not in the menu. Even if you want to pay for the milk. Please stay away from this property to ensure a nice vacation time.

We arrived and were taken to our room at Arraial Bangalô Praia Hotel. It was bad! The room did not match the pictures on the website nor the description on any website. Our booked room was described as 'Luxury Chalet' and this room was in no way luxury, in fact, it was not even inhabitable. It was bad!We were shown another ‘Luxury Chalet’ which was flooded [not a joke] and a room right next to the busy road [which a previous reviewer has written about…it’s noisy!]. A smelly, musty, worn, damaged room, which was dark and unpleasant. The thought of staying for five nights in this room at a very high price was not possible for us. We went back to reception and talked politely with the manager. He responded by saying, ‘Eu entendo o que vocês estão falando, eu também ficaria chateado se isso acontecesse comigo’ [I understand what you are talking about, I would also be upset if that happened to me]. The manager said, ‘Se vocês quiserem procurar outro hotel eu vejo o reembolso completo para vocês’ [If you want to look for another hotel I can see the full refund for you]. We actioned this and returned to our room, took our things and booked another hotel. It was twice the price, but needs must. On return to reception the manager had gone home, I mean within minutes he had left the building! We lost hundreds of pounds to this hotel. The next conversations on the phone involved a shouty commercial manager from RedePortoFirme and contradictions and untuths. We lost our money.

The hotel grounds are nice and well kept. There is an omnipresent security presence. Love the oceanfront sound of the waves. The restaurant is good, breakfast is very good. The rooms are not very comfortable. No comfortable chairs. Rugs, etc. no amenities. Bare bones Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. inconsistent service. The bathrooms smell like public bathrooms. No insect screens!! This would be a decent mid priced hotel but is way too expensive for the experience.

Nice pool, yet close to beach.

I really enjoyed the stay other than the AC breaking down one night, but was fixed by the following afternoon.

We arrived late in the evening. The front desk was waiting for us. It was a romantic escapade with my wife. We found a clean room. On the beach with the sounds of the ocean...we were served with cocktails and appetizers; we could saw many times turtles on the ocean just in front our beach!. It was a nice long weekend. The room were clean and the swimming poll and other facilities like sauna and fitness room were perfect to exercise and relax... Many short tours were available and organized from the front desk at a very convenient price. Internet was available EVERY where at the hotel. In the room, at the swimming pool, at the garden and also at the beach!. Very convenient.

Alguma coisas precarias como trinques de janelas quebrados, necessario de um papelao pra fechar, choveu alguns dias, nao tem estrutura para estar fora do quarto quando chove, teve 1 dia que nao limparam o quarto, mas qua do limparam era muito cheiroso.

O quarto é bem antigo, mas tem melhores mediante a pagamento extra. Café da manhã com itens bem simples

Estacionamento e Check-in: Permitir que os hóspedes estacionem primeiro em um local seguro, antes de realizarem o check-in. Isso traria mais comodidade e segurança logo na chegada. 2. Horário do Café da Manhã: Iniciar o serviço de café às 07h00. Muitos visitantes de Porto Seguro e Arraial d’Ajuda procuram aproveitar passeios desde cedo, e esse ajuste no horário certamente facilitaria a programação dos hóspedes. O Checkin foi muito ruim, nos colocaram num quarto com cheiro desagr4adavel, depois nos transferiram para um quarto que não condizia com a minha reserva. A atendente da recepção atendeu muito mal.

Tivemos uma ótima hospedagem. A acomodação é como descrito no anúncio e nas fotos. O hotel está em reformas e há quartos antigos e mais novos. Ficamos em um quarto novo, muito espaçoso e confortável.
