Clean room, great free breakfast, good parking, nice staff

Very clean hotel staff were great. Breakfast best I have had as a free breakfast for quite sometime. Ok … now the not so good . Walls are paper thin between rooms . Could hear people coughing.and zipping up bags… yes that clear . Also room above us guests were stomping on floor until late hours and early mornings.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had …many choices

The room was comfortable and service was great. A special thank you to Jess who was able to get us an early check-in (we had taken an overnight flight from Vancouver and were very tired). Breakfast was good. We had excellent meals at the LeRouge Restaurant next door. Location of the hotel made it easy to travel to surrounding areas.

Overall a good stay. Breakfast was nice with a generous variety of options. Unfortunately a bit too much garlic in the scrambled eggs. The hotel was very busy on the days of my stay so parking was at a premium and difficult to find a space even when I came back after dinner at 7:15 PM The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

All good, room was very nice

Everything was great only issue was parking but since we were in early it wasn’t bad

As two couples checking in, the staff at the front desk were very helpful in getting our second room changed to be beside each other. It was very much appreciated. All the ladies were very polite and helpful.

I would not be able to get the hotel receipt for the company expenses, as I require the hotel receipt, not the Expedia receipt, to submit, but the staff keep saying there is nothing they can do. As for this experience, this hotel will be off my list for staying.

September 2025 Absolutely wonderful hotel, cannot express how much we enjoyed the friendly service, cleanliness of the entire hotel and hospitality of this hotel! Definitely a 10/10 for us and will be booking again in the future! Our hotel desk specialist Jess was top notch and so friendly! This company should be very proud to have her as an employee! Also the general manager was the kindest, sweetest lady we have met. She really made us feel special, and we thank her for the treats as we head home! If anyone needs a place to stay my husband and I definitely recommend this hotel!!!!! Can’t wait to come back soon! :)
