Location-wise, its very good. Beach is just across the road, they also have a restaurant. There is a a 7/11 beside the hotel, a 3mins walk to Jomtien night market, massage parlors everywhere. So basically, you can find everything that you need without going elsewhere. However, our room was located on the 4th floor and they only have dtairs, no elevator at all and we have huge luggages to carry upstairs. Wifi was not working and we reported it to the Front desk but they did nothing. Housekeeping staffs are friendly and accommodating.

all was ok, except my room only had 1 power point, which was behind the bar fridge, and when I walked out with my laundry 1.5kg to wash in the Streets, the cleaning lady put her hand out and offered to wash it. little did I know that it costs 200 baht. only positive, is good location

The second time around was quite okay with reservation by the hotel booking information. I have seen a sea view. Full shop signs bottom front (balcony), otherwise it is considered a good level. For those who do not mind too much.

Employees do not pay attention to service

The hotel staff were incredibly rude and could not find my reservation. Rather than making the phone call necessary to confirm my booking (this after I had shown my booking voucher), they doubted the validity of Traveloka. They politely asked me to wait 10 minutes while they finalized the room assignment. Over the next 90 minutes, while being attacked by mosquitoes, the front desk proceeded to check in 3 additional rooms and did not work on my assignment until after I came up to complain, where I stood at the desk another 10 minute while they conferred with the manager and Traveloka and finally assigned a small room that looked nothing like in the photos on the site.

This room was not as booked. Book a Double Bed Employees and agents do not know of any book. That leaves print subscription and pay money to see. It is a moment to understand it.

I think that if everything did. To relax and chill. It is considered a good one. But for me the receptionist who did not pay attention to the customer. For more information, do not bother looking at the customers themselves well to improve it.
