The hotel is located in a very strategic place, near the downtown mall that connects to the subway & airport line and walking distance to mini markets, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The room was not too spacious but comfortable enough. Only downside, the AC was central and since we stayed before spring started, the hotel only used the heater which made it hot in the room unless you open the window. But the loud noise from outside will bother you if you are a light sleeper.

Clean. Near MRT tenjin station. Room a litle small.

Clean, comfortable bed, near Tenjin subway, small room without being able to put two bags open at the same time. The room is not cleaned.

Location is OK. 8 to 10 minutes walk to JR station. Room ventilation needs to be improved.

Everything was ok, but they probably gotta work on their room's ventilation.

This is our second stay in this hotel and will stay again when we come back. Great location, rooms, staff and everything. Unlimited coffee is life!

I will stay again here in my next trip to Fukuoka. The facilities are great with amazing hotel staff. Near to tourist attractions as well as convenience store. I super love this place. 10 star rating for you! Unlimited free coffee! This is one of my best moments here being a coffee love. The rooms are clean and with complete amenities. Not as big as what we have in Manila of the same price but not a problem as everything is excellent.

Super accessible from subway station. Comfortable place. Helpful staff. Clean and warm.

Close to many restaurants and yatai stalls. 4 minutes walk from metro station. have direct line from tennis to airport.

4 minutes walk to metro station, Close to tenjin shopping places and many restaurant,is a strategic location Tenjin have direct line to airport and daizaifu, it's really convenient
