The staff were incredibly lovely. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and private. The food was excellent, and the rooms were stunning. There's a boat shuttle service available at all times, and taxis are happy to pick you up from other nearby piers. They even offered a welcome drink upon check-in and a discount for late check-out (after informing the hotel and discussing payment options), along with tips on how to save money. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem in Bangkok! Better boutique hotel that so privacy. Located on the river with private boat transfer. I stayed at The Praya Palazzo for 1 night, very nicely decorated with romantic atmosphere. And all staff so kind and friendly, they can speak Thai and English. I had dinner in Praya Dining (Thai cuisine). Thai food was great. Service was good.

Very good service, good food, good sleep, great sleep. The rooms are clean, but some of the rooms in the room are broken, such as the door bolts. Use HARNN products, but stay true to the products of the ARO to feel a little.
