Staff are very friendly. Hotel got 2 onsens with each outdoor & indoor pool. Room was clean, spacious, enough for family of 5 with still much room to put luggages

The room is quite good. There is a shuttle shuttle bus. If you want to walk, it takes about 10 minutes. But the food shop is not close to the school. good

Our flight delayed for more than 4 hours from spore to kansai. We arrived in kansai at 9Pm above, there is no bus or train go to hotel. We try to use taxi but it cost 100,000yen. We tried to cancel our booking but hotel is not allow. We also have to pay other hotel for that day.

Cozy hotel to stay. Bit far from station, but they have free shuttle bus from station-hotel.
