A lovely stay

Amazing experience at this hotel! I'd give it 10 stars if i could!

The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient.

GREAT hotel

We were looking to visit the Appenzell/St. Gallen region, combined with a visit at the Säntispark for the kids. Couldn’t pick a better place - the water park entrance is included in the room price and you get your bracelets at the hotel - no line up! Great breakfast and great service.

Driving through Switzerland gave the kids a welcome back seat break in waterland

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Very small rooms with a glass door to the bathroom giving very little privacy. I would stay here again though

Didn’t like having to pay 15 SF for parking inside or out

Visited for three days on business and had a very pleasant stay. I did not take advantage of the free access to the water park next door but my colleague did and was very impressed. I ate at both restaurants and particularly enjoyed the Italian, but most of us found the food at the Swiss restaurant to be a little too salty (which I have subsequently read on other reviews). Will definitely be back to the Santispark.

We had a very pleasant stay at Santispark. The location is very close to the highway and so it is rather convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff members are helpful. There are also two very nice restaurants in the hotel.

For the price paid , the hotel is perfect in every aspect. The location is very quite and relaxing, surrounded by green hills and golf playground, there is excellent spa and gym facilities, the staff speak good english and are helpful with recommendation and provide free discount card for attractions in the region. The only small minor issue is no A/C in the room but during our stay that was not problem because the weather was perfect.

Die Silvester Feier war nicht so gut viel zu teuer schlechter Service - dodo war grade mal 1 Stunde da dafür 50€ Naja

Schönes, grosses Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Leckeres Frühstück und schöne Bar mit viel Auswahl. Freundliche Mitarbeitende.

Schlafsofa ersetzen durch richtige Bett Linker Gartenteil (bei Leichathletikbahn) besser pflegen Wunsch zusätzlich ein Fussballfeld

Very modern and clean hotel. Spa was included and it was great. Very friendly staff. Only small minus was that the pillows were a bit too big and hard for our liking.

Das Angebot der Speisekarte ist noch ausbaufähig. Die Bedienung war freundlich, könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Hôtel incroyable. Prestation à la hauteur des attentes. Je reviendrais. Le personnel est super, certain parle français ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
