Very nice hotel! nice amenities too! Embarrassing was the fact that they asked for 1000 huf for parking! absolutely embarrassing. If you want to be a classy hotel (which you are pretty close to being,) do away with nickel and diming people.

Service and food are good. Overall environment is good. Room is cozy. But Carpet is not clean.

The room itself and Hotel was very quiet and good. Only negative about hotel was the internet’s connection was very poor and could not use it on any personal device for longer period of time.

We were completely lost when we got off the train, dark streets and no info on how to reach the hotel. We tried calling but only could get recorded info but thankfully there was 1 person we saw and he was able to give us the direction to head. It was as residential neighborhood, very little lighting and kind of scary. We had to walk in the dark 10-12 blocks!!!! When we arrived the desk clerk wasn’t very concerned and ended up giving us to drink vouchers🙄

The staff is outstanding! They went above and beyond to help us after a long tiring flight. The property is beautiful and sparkling clean.

Booked as a night’s stay before and after a tour. Lovely hotel but didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment on them. Free taxi service to and from the airport, as it is not walkable

The concierge was so extremely helpful. They helped us book taxi to the train station and had good advice for our travels.

Hotel was excellent and would be a nice place to spend a weekend. The only improvement area was the buffet because it had fewer guests in winter so food didnt get turned over to keep it at its freshest. It would be nice if workout center had 24 hour open access.

Put salt on the walkway

The driver of the taxi they called almost caused an injury to my husband. The driver put the taxi in gear while my husband was getting into the car. That caused my husband to lose his balance & almost fall to the ground. The driver also took us to the wrong terminal, although we told him we were flying Lufthansa. That caused two elderly people with suitcases, one using a walker, to make a long trek to the correct terminal.

We frequent this hotel whenever we are in the Budapest area. It is the best one near the airport. They were better a few years back however. Small changes that might save them a few euros but are rather petty (i.e. removing the hamper for used sheets and towels in the spa area and instead only having it by the wellness center desk, or not keeping a flame on the cream of wheat to keep it hot, and other things like this). Still would recommend, but wich those little things were left alone.

Great stay , enjoyed the Wellness Center (highly recommend massage therapy but book in advance because they are fully booked). Great staff and service.
