This is a great alternative to staying at the ski resorts and still being close to the slopes.

Love this place, clean and breakfasts are great. My one and only complaint was the pool water was way to cold for enjoyment!! That is the main reason we stay there, so the kids can swim. That was my only dissappiontment.

Pool and hot tub were great for relaxation. Room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Bed was one of the comfiest ever in a hotel stay. Staff was so kind. Animal and woodsy theme throughout was fun.

The hotel was ok. Beds were comfy, showers were hot. Checked in and got our room, entered and it immediately smelled like wet dog, asked to change rooms. I asked if dogs were allowed and they said just service dogs. Hot tub was luke warm (which is the whole point I booked this one), pool was fine, only three towels and wash cloths in room (we have a party of 4), seems to be common at a lot of hotels which is frustrating. Rooms could have been vacuumed a little more, crumbs were on room floor, Elevator has a weird strong smell, breakfast was ok. Would be nice if they offered regular yogurt verses just Greek. Staff was friendly leaving. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because there wasn’t much around the property. Seemed like a random location. But it was quiet.

They was great the reason I put a 3 star on staff is only because of 1 reason night shift was excellent 5 stars morning shift I felt like a child and tapped the bell as a funny but the lady had no sense of humor and snatched the bell from me with disgust I didn’t mean to ruin her day

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great, the ladies kept everything stocked and very clean. It was wonderful. Thank you

This property was amazing. It was clean and well maintained. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left the staff was so kind, friendly and so helpful. We loved staying here and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

There was a clicking sound in our room that just made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was so clean. Beds were super comfortable and staff was so nice. I wish they would've had a dryer since once day we skied and our stuff was super wet. They also ran out of blankets one day and my son who had to sleep on the sofa bed was pretty chilly with the one thin blanket they had given him. Other than those minor inconveniences it was a great stay.

We thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. The only negative was that the spa and pool were cloudy indicating they were not balanced and clean, which was confirmed when my husband ended up with an ugly, very itchy rash around his midsection.
