Clean room staff very helpful

Clean and convenient for 1 night. Good value for money.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. They locked our bicycles inside safely. The food in the restaurant was very good.

It is 2015 and I am riding in the Paris-Brest-Paris bike race. I am searching online for accomodations on the course when I was directed by a friend to look at this hotel. The hotel is located close to a major highway near to St-Onen-La-Chappel. I was able to visit the hotel ahead of the bike event where I left supplies for when I would arrive on a bicycle. They were also able to accommodate my needs to arrive late. During PBP, I arrived at the hotel earlier than planned and was greeted with smiles by the staff. They made a place available for me and other PBP riders to store our bicycles securely. The restaurant was just closing, but the manager agreed to fix us a meal before closing. The room was comfortable and I was able to arrange for a wake up call at 3AM. At 3:30 AM, the clerk on duty provided breakfast to 2 of our group that wanted it and was kind enough to provide coffee as well. Two thumbs up for this hotel if you need a place to stay when traveling in France.

I was cycle touring. The hotel was not well signposted and necessitated either using or, at least, crossing a very main road. The receptionist was so helpful, I was soaking wet, she invited me and my bike inside the reception although I was dripping everywhere and the bike was muddy. We locked the machine away and I went to a warm, practical room where everything dried and I slept like a baby. The restaurant menu was limited but the food was good. Breakfast was rather limited as well but did the necessary. All in all a practical hotel with all the utilities you need with a friendly helpful staff.

Appel en journée pour prévenir d'une arrivée tardive. On m'indique qu'il y a un réceptionniste toute la nuit. Après 10 minutes à sonner, je frappe sur le côté du bâtiment sur des fenêtres hautes pour qu'enfin quelqu'un arrive !!! À 1 minute près, je quittais l'établissement. Sol de le chambre avec une grosse tâche sur le lino (sang ? Café ?), que j'ai dû nettoyer moi-même

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Accueil très pro géré grâce à Karine, Camille, Julie. C'est particulièrement agréable de trouver ce professionnalisme, cette proximité, cette gentillesse surtout lorsqu on se retrouve en déplacement régulièrement. Ce n'est pas le cas dans tous les établissements. C est d autant plus agreable et important de le relever. On se sent un peu comme en vacances... ah non oups... on doit bosser le lendemain 😇 Merci à elles ! A très vite !
