The family of the room next door did a lot of noise. Running in the hall way way. Banging on the walls.

Close to Don Pedro and safe.

Great place to stay

Very convenient to visit family and friends breakfast buffet a lot of excellent choices room was clean

The staff welcomed us although we arrived very late and one of them were about to close the night shift/cashier point and still did not forget to ask us if needed extra towels or blankets.courtesy wake up call and nice fresh breakfast after short sleep and great shower for the day of traveling. I only would ask better bedding.

Hotel bom com excelente preço para rápida estadia. Gostaria de me retratar sobre a minha primeira impressão onde afirmei que o ar condicionado e o frigobar não estavam funcionando.Na realidade os 2 estavam funcionando , somente depois da avaliação me dei conta que não estavam ligados na energia

No help with luggage.... had to struggle loading things on cart by myself. I did ask at the front desk for some help and they told me I could use the cart but they wouldn’t be able to help. Breakfast was “ok”... not much to it based on price and stars they said the place has.

I like the receptionist who made our check inn. The bathroom's shower is great. Towels were very clean.

Good location, near most beautiful cities around Campinas. Almost near of Viracopos Airport. Room clean and new. Breakfast free and excellent. Good stay in family.

the access road from the highway is very hard, and even the GPS takes detours to find it.

Room were big enough, breakfast ( included) was good.Little bit noisy, directly nearby the highway, but is to be handled with earplugs.

This hotel has nice rooms, but the doors will slam all day and night long and they are loud no quiet way to close em. So if you enjoy sleeping maybe this isn't the place for you. The rooms are clean staff is good, breakfast is great, Wi-fi is dreadfully slow.

Recomendo o Hotel, pessoal muito atencioso, a depender da sua atividade muito bem localizado, tem um bom cafe da manhã. Infelizmente fiquei 4 diárias e somente no último dia não houve limpeza no quarto, isso causa um certo transtorno para família.

Achei o hotel bom, quarto bem grande, cama confortável e chuveiro excelente!! Precisam prestar atenção na manutenção: box vazando; box e privada parcialmente entupidos; assento da privada meio solto Travesseiros muito duros mas isso é uma opinião muito pessoal! Café da manhã e jantar muito bons, com variedade e sabor excelente

O hotel possui um café da manhã muito bom. Possui um serviço de valer parking que é pago. As acomodações são bem razoáveis. O ponto muito negativo são os elevadores. Num total de três, quando chegamos, um estava em pane; o outro nos deixou preso (e não adianta ticar a campainha porque ninguém escuta) e parou para manutenção também e o terceiro já estava apresentando solavancos. Se não cuidarem urgentemente desses elevadores, terão problemas indesejáveis.

Hotel simples, mas confortável. Atendimento ótimo, todos muito solícitos. Passamos somente uma noite, mas valeu.

O hotel não tem bom custo benefício. Pedi um up grade e recebi, todavia o quarto do upgrade parecia similar ao da categoria supostamente inferior
