Enjoyed the view, the location was perfect, and the hotel not having a dining room was more than made up for by room service.

Very nice location on the central square. Public parking is about 2 blocks away, so easy to transport luggage. Right I. The heart of Poitiers with all the historic sites and old city close. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I had a great stay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal, right in the centre of Poitiers, walking distance from everything you need. I highly recommend!

We were given a compact modern room away from the square, which was quiet and very clean. The hotel is over a burger bar but there were no smells, and literally around the corner from the hotel de ville parking area. Lounge areas provide the view shown in the ad. Convenient for the centre of town, and very helpful (multilingual) staff.

Very well located place to stay and welcoming staff

Not so good. Hotel website did not explain how to drop off bags as center of the city was pedestrian only. No information was offered by clerk. A different clerk gave better information on using parking credit. Spent a lot of time figuring things out, wasted time. Will never book with you again. No help

Great location!

The view from our balcony was a full overview of the plaza. The room was small but clean and quiet ,the bed was comfortable.

Nice litle hotel close to many good restaurants. Street parking is possible nearby.

Great location - parking easy in hotel de ville parking - 3 minutes walk away - only issue was a strange sliding door into bathroom but otherwise good
