Rooms very outdated and small

We order food on Saturday evening , I had to call for the plates to be picked on Monday , no cleaning service at all . Not to mention the room was dirty , towels were old and stained , bathroom floor dirty . The TV stopped working on the first night , had to be replaced after I called and a grumpy guy came to check it. Internet didn't work properly until it stopped completely. Elevator didn't work for 2 days , only one working on a 19 stories building full for the holidays. The reception doesn't answer the phone , we had to go downstairs for information on TV , internet, etc..

The room could have been cleaner. The sheets on the bed had blood stains. The sheet was clean but stained.

Close to everything

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great,breakfast and room.People complaining about little things only reflect on how annoying they are.No place is like home.And if you’re not moving in please be considerate.The cleaning ladies are amazing and helpful.Front desk takes care of everything you ask for.So please if you want a perfect place to stay..do yourself a favor and stay at your home. The hotel is very good.

El staff no es muy amable

Hotel it’s Nice , better breakfast ever , but the receptionist on the front desk are very rude and unhelpful, ( except the waiters on the restaurant area ) the lady who check people to breakfast wasn’t friendly and the elevators aways broke at least one of the 2 available , never come back for the rudeness

Durante mi estadía no hicieron la limpieza en mi habitación, no funcionó wifi, los recepcionistas no estan preparados para tanto movimiento de turistas , hice dos rvas con fechas consecutivas y en dos oportunidades a personas diferentes le tuve que explicar la situación porque ellos no encontraban mi reserva. No dan a basto con el trabajo o no saben organizarse llame 21hs a recepción por un problema con la caja fuerte que no paraba de sonar y tuve que baja a las 00hs ya pese a varios llamados nadia lo resolvía, En la página no informan que la piscina. No está habilitada,..en fin una experiencia para no repetir y por supuesto no recomendar

Hotel Atlantico Business Center is the best choice for budget travelers, considering its central location (reachable by public transportation from the airport), level of service (including a very decent free breakfast), and its professional staff. I fully recommend this hotel for its overall service. If traveling to Rio de Janeiro again, I will certainly select Hotel Atlantico Business Centro.

Amazing rooftop. Very close to Lapa for nightlife. I was happy with my stay
