Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service.

Our stay was wonderful. Perfect location. Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. Would love to return soon!

Nice, grand, old hotel in a great location. Rooms could definitely use a facelift (carpet, curtains and bathroom are all pretty dated and not in a quaint kind of way). Definitely caters to an older crowd. Good breakfast.

This is a beautiful property located right on the water. Enjoyed the pools and spa facilities. Would recommend this property for sure.

Beautiful hotel across the street from the Bodensee. Ideal location. We definitely recommend staying here. Easy access to restaurants and the ferry. Staff was very accommodating and professional.

One of the breakfast staff was quite rude to me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. On morning 2, just the same as I did on morning 1, I went to get a croissant. Morning 2, she yelled at me and said not to do that and that I should have waited in line. I thought the line was only for people wanting meat and eggs cooked for their breakfast. The croissants were at the other end, easily accessible to anyone, so I was surprised when she scoulded me like that. I was mortified. She needs customer service training. On a brighter note, we had the most wonderful, friendly waitress at dinner both nights. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel's location is lovely.

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff. Room was a tad dated with the walls fairly thin where we could hear the other couple next door. Breakfast was a solid spread. Middle of the road hotel

Wonderful area and the inside pool was great. The room had no AC or coffee/tea.

I didn’t like the blood stain on my sheets. I had no view. Every other place I stayed in Germany I booked myself and was wonderful...don’t use Expedia again!

What a wonderful hotel! Loved the comfort and luxury. I would go there again and again! Food and location was also terrific.

We had 3 lovely nights in a lake view room at Hotel Reutemann in Lindau in mid-July 2018. The hotel is located right on Lake Constance - it is a captivating setting with a close view of the boat harbour and dreamy lakeside terrace restaurant. The room was comfortable with all the facilities we seek, but the car parking was limited and we had to find a public car park after returning from a drive one evening. Lindau is a pretty town and is a great base to explore the other towns on Lake Constance. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day - great atmosphere.
