The riad is beautiful and well located, in the medina but without having to lug bags too far, also close to Tinsmiths Square which is lovely. Breakfast was good quality and the Riad was able to cater to a fellow traveller who needed gluten free food. I used the hammam downstairs and loved it, it's also a beautiful space. The staff were excellent.

The staff are all wonderful! Iman in the ladies spa, Lahcen, Aymran at the front desk helped us so much...and so many others. Great location, quiet inside, excellent breakfast. I have spent a lot of time in Marrakech over the decades and would definitely recommend Riad Nezha!

Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable, le Riad est très bien situé pour parcourir tous les sites historiques et les souks. Le stand de taxi est sur le coin de la rue. Le bâtiment est très propre partout, un petit déjeuner très copieux. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique, avec la piscine, le bain tourbillon, chaises longues, les espaces pour prendre le petit déjeuner et même la possibilité de commander le souper qui était excellent!

Roof top pool was amazing, the breakfast was fit for a king and I have never stayed anywhere were the staff were so lovely. The location was absolutly perfect, close enough to the road so the taxi could drop us off (1 min walk) but still in the midst of all the madness.

Riad Nesma is easy to find and in a great location to access the market and shopping. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. I stayed two nights. Any first time traveler to Marrakech should experience a Riad.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location of this Riad is just inside the Medina so I it’s a 2 min walk from taxi drop off. The property is so beautiful and within walking distance of markets, shopping, palaces, tombs, college, mosques, Square. The staff were outstanding from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping!!! The breakfast provided by this Riad is incredible!! All traditional Moroccan food. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great RIAD in the medina only steps away from the main square. Helpful, friendly staff who are always available.

Convenient location an walkable to the northern souls and the main square market as well as the Badi Palace. Staff were very accommodating and room was kept in excellent order for the four nights I stayed there.

We stayed one night here and was very good. Nice pool, the jacuzzi wasn't working though. Breakfast didn't have any eggs.

Staff go above and beyond for guests. It was my husband's 60th Birthday and they had made a wonderful cake for him. Room was wonderful, bed so comfortable and jacuzzi bath great. Roof terrace facilities are brilliant and so relaxing. Breakfast is lovely quality. Excellent location close to El Badia and Bahia palaces as well as the souks. Hammam and massage is also available and is well worth having. Highly recommended to all.

It was terrific, and the staff was accommodating and sweet. I highly recommend this place. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the riad location is close to the main road and walkable to the big square market.

The room was clean and nice staff was nice but I’m only say it was terrible but the one reason I booked this riad was for the pool and jacuzzi and it was not working

Great property in convenient location.

The hotel was clean and quaint, rooms very small, staff unattentive and hard to find. No refrigerator, no restaurant or bar on site. Food is pre-ordered and brought in so mistakes are often made and cannot be corrected.

When you make a request at the reception it's always "yes" , i made 3 requests and none of them were done. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel.

The hotel itself is a welcoming oasis. The street outside is part of the Medina and chaotic with motor scooters, bicyclists, etc. if you know what you are doing it’s easy to find but the first Day there can be a lot of confusion telling a taxi where to drop you off. The hotel is beautiful and has excellent service and a mini- spa on the basement level.
