Decent stay

The lobby area is really nice, the shag carpet wasn't. Great location for walking around!

Excellent location. Walked to the Twenty One restaurant. Shopping nearby too.

Excellent stay. Clean room, comfy bed and large space for the room. Only thing negative is some tv channel didn’t work, however they have a HDMI cord ready already plugged into the tv for you to watch some shows from your laptop. Great stay, I will be back there

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very walkable to art museum, restaurants and shopping. Room was sound proof, well appointed and clean. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Parking garage has easy access to hotel. Great stay will come back if in the area.

Property was lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

Only issue was the church bells starting at 6am. But others in our party in other parts of the hotel weren't bothered by it. Nice restaurant attached, great location, lovely staff

Very nice hotel. Everything you need is within a 5 minute radius.

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind.They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

So… for the amount that you pay per night it totally was not worth it. I said that it still was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location but not The price. You are basically paying for location.

The Air Conditioning didn’t work so it made our stay miserable, but other than that it nice.

SAKS is one of the few higher-end modern hotels in the area so I wanted to try it. I think I was expecting more based on the photos but it is actually a bit worn-down. It has a modern-minimalist vibe and when you go minimal you better make sure that those minimalist elements are clean and perfect but the details needed some attention especially considering the price point. I liked it but I didn't love it. I

This was an amazing hotel sitting walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment

Everything about this place was good except the fact that the cleaning crew walked in on me without knocking the door.

The property is the best in Kaiserslautern for its quality and location but it has no American TV channels and spotty Internet which is a problem for business travel. The internet did not support netflix channel either. There are more cost effective options when you factor in cost of parking and breakfast ( although the free breakfasts are generic) that the cost of the stay at this hotel can be double what some other nearby chains would be recommended which by the way at least have a few English TV programs.

Picture when booked showed a walk-in shower which I’d did not and tub made cleaning difficult. Sheets were not good, bed felt cold not sure if plastic underneath but your body would stick to the sheets. Would not recommend

Great hotel staff

This is a chic modern hotel. Great staff, and bar area. Great location also. Will definitely be back.
