Great staff, good parking, convenient dining in the area with a family mart nearby.

Very nice Hotel especially for the price. Mattress was a bit hard, and the air conditioning didn't work well making it hard to sleep.

Clean and tidy room, free parking and nice staff with simple breakfast

Check-in was prompt and check-out was a simple card drop. Room was carpeted, mostly clean, except for the railings of the top bunk/loft bed, which looked like no one has used it in a while. Breakfast was simple but tasty. If you're driving, parking is free and hotel has adequate parking lots. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area. Recommended.

Room was nice, fresh and clean. Compact but manageable. Bathroom was bigger than expected. Saff had an indifferent attitude which we could not understand why aside from the fact that we are foreigners. Also, we were early by about an hour and was blatantly rejected and was told check in is at 3pm.

Hotel check in was very fast and check out took 3 seconds! Room was clean and fresh! Linen was clean and crisp!

The hotel is very close to the shooping outlet and good for those who want to spend whole day at there.

Great hotel with convience store and restaurants nearby. Buffer breakfast nice touch. 30 min easy walk to train. Loaner bikes nice touch. Clean and modern property. Good value. Would recommend property.

当日予約で利用しました。スタッフの対応もよく快適に過ごせました。

事前決済されているにも関わらずカードを切らされた、事前決済領収書を見せても理解して貰えなかった。 おまけに　1度切ったカードの取り消しが出来ないと嘘まで付かれたがさらにクレームを入れると 他の担当者がで即座にカード決済の取消をしてくれた。 教育が出来ていない者をフロントに立たせてはいけないと思う。

上の階の騒音がめちゃくちゃうるさかった

リーズナブルなお値段にしては、お部屋も綺麗でとても良かったです。ただ、最寄りの駅からは徒歩では無理な距離なのでタクシー利用になり、ホテルの近くに飲食店が少ないのが少し困りました。

掃除が行き届いていて綺麗 浴室の匂いも気にならなかったです

室内ともに清潔感があり良かった。 観光地にも近く便利でした。

トイレの水を流した時に、しばらく水が垂れる音がしてて気になりました。

朝食のカレーがとても美味しかったです。 レトルトが有ったら購入して持ち帰りたかったです。　コーヒーも美味しかったです。
