Very basic room, rude staff, no dining at night and very nasty “included” breakfast that was room service only with limited options, cold food, very low standard. Hard bed, lumpy pillows and inadequate heating. Would never stay at this place ever again.

Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. We absolutely loved our room and can't wait for our next stay!

Our room was extremely dark, needed to have lights on during the day, the pool and pool arra was out of service
