Liked not having to use stairs carrying luggage

Great location for a Cabot trail trip. Pub grub was awesome and a clean room with easy access

Okay, a bit oudated but stay just fine. Near various restaurants.

Room was nicely updated. Other places in the hotel were quite dated, including the pool.

Pool hours are short for families getting in later - most places are open until 11. Rooms were fine - not enough towels or soap - had to ask for things.

I felt this hotel was very overpriced for what it offered. When I booked the room, the pictures appeared to show a hot tub in the pool area but when I asked about it upon arrival, the guy said there is no hot tub and it was just a kitty pool. Very disappointing but I guess I should have read the details better instead of assuming from a picture. The staff was very accommodating when he found out we had an accessible person with us, and switched our room to a main level with no issues. Once we got in the room, we were overall happy with how clean it was and The beds were super comfortable. When we looked a little closer, we noticed some things that were a bit of a turn off, there was a dark brown goo stuck on the side of the tub. It looked like something they could have scraped off, but just never bothered to and it just built up gunky over time. The shower wasn’t the best either, the pressure was really low.

We booked here as it promised a lovely outdoor patio with a bar to unwind. We got there at 8 Saturday night and the kitchen closed at 8:30 and the patio and bar was shut down, it looked like they hadn't opened it all day. We had an expensive dinner in our room in to go containers, no room service. It was truly disappointing.

The common area very dirty old and smells bed ,the area have no dining options.

Daily housekeeping, great restaurant ,i had seafood chowder, had a pool, i did not use it. Lots of parking, walking distance to sobeys etc

Clean, quiet. Easy to find. Close to everything.

This place is just not well maintained. It smells old and musty, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Our first room had a plug that was broken and the tv, fridge, microwave and lamp kept turning off and on. Then the second room was right above the lobby where people were going out to smoke and yelling all night, we could hear people in the hallway as loud as if they were in our room at night and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Although the staff tried to be helpful, the hotel is just not a great stay.
